Each recruitment and direct search includes personal interviews. We also offer personal interviews by our experienced experts as a separate service. Our personal interviews are carefully structured in every case. We provide personal assessments by our certified consultants, using the following methods: Cut-e, Big Five and Eq-i personal assessments.
360° feedback on executives provides individuals or groups with feedback from key partners or stakeholders on their work and activities. The aim is to achieve a broad understanding of the current situation and development needs of management. 360° feedback is a powerful tool for e.g. assessing the leadership of people in executive positions.
Back on Track (outplacement)
